Price: £3 per adult, includes up to 3 children. Additional children: £1.50 each.
What to Expect
Depending on the tide, Combe Martin harbour beach reveals a mix of soft sand and sprawling rock platforms—ideal for marine explorers of all ages. These gentle, educational sessions allow families to discover crabs, anemones, and tiny fish in shallow pools.
Sheltering marine life and fossils, Combe Martin bay offers a space for many activities and all ages. Beach safari sessions are designed to be a safe, relaxed, and memorable experience for everyone.
This area is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a Site of Special Scientific Interest and part of Exmoor National Park.
The shore holds fascinating clues to the area's history. Long before modern roads were built, this cove was the bustling hub for local trade and travel.
If you look up at the cliffs, you can even spot a very old silver-lead mine entrance (called an adit), carved right into the rock face! It runs deep into the cliff.
Event & Safety Information
